Our Principals

Lissa Engleman

Digging into deep-seeded communications challenges is Lissa’s favorite part of the job. To her, there’s nothing more exciting than finding a key insight and then building a strategic campaign built upon that finding. She’s been at it for over 17 years, working for clients that range from nonprofit to consumer products to healthcare. When you don’t find Lissa immersed in solving the latest message or brand strategy, chances are she’s working alongside the creative team to help hone in on the best ideas and refine the work for the biggest impact.

Jon Czeranna

Since beginning his career in 2003, Jon’s philosophy has been simple: Create exceptional ideas that not only get attention, but also achieve the client’s goals. He’s worked on campaigns that span broad-reaching consumer to narrowly-focused BtoB, but his true love has always been working for nonprofits. After all, in Jon’s mind, there’s nothing better than seeing the principals of really good advertising working toward doing really good things.
